- When will my notice be served?
- We do our best to serve notices the day after receiving payment. During the beginning of the month, about the 5th – 15th it is possible it may take up to 48 hours to be served due to high notice volume. We serve Monday – Friday not including holidays and our business hours are 9am – 5pm.
- If I cancel can I get a refund?
- Once we receive your request for service and receive payment, we will process your notice and/or filings. Once we have processed your request there are no refunds.
- Can I get same day service?
- If you require same day service, we will do our best to accommodate. The fee for same day service is $100. Please place your request prior to 12:00pm and we will let you know prior to making your payment if your request can be accommodated.
- If I send you a photo of the gate I want you to post my notice on, can you?

- Can I serve my own notice?
- On June 12, 2019 S.B. 151 was signed by the Governor and will became effective on July 1, 2019. This bill makes the following critical changes to Nevada’s residential tenant laws:
-
-
- 5-Day Notices to Pay or Quit will be changed to 7-Day Notices to Pay or Quit.
- Landlords can no longer serve Notices to Pay or Quit to tenants.
- Only the sheriff, a licensed process server, or the agent of an attorney licensed to practice law in Nevada can serve 7-Day Notices.
- An eviction cannot be granted unless there is proof that the sheriff, a licensed process server, or the agent of an attorney served the Notice to Pay or Quit.
